· daily contact with our foreign partners
· handling after sales customer relations for General Motors
· processing customer complaints and following up corresponding cases
Requirements:
· excellent communication and problem solving skills · customer-oriented attitude · confident user knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP and Microsoft Office 97/2000/2003 programs
· language skills:
Native Turkish and Advanced English
· B.S. in Management is an advantage
