Required qualifications are;

Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant fields from a reputable university,

2 years of professional experience in training consultancy companies or retail sector focusing on training and development functions preferably as a trainer or facilitator,

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills

Strong analytical thinking skills Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills

Good computer skills,

Military obligation must be completed for male candidates, No restrictions to travel.

Job Description;

Reports directly to Learning Manager, Responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating and following-up the training programs and giving feedbacks that are carried out within the company. Cooperating with all training firms and stakeholders, Updating training database.
